a buyer is found, Real Estate Agents prepare a purchase agreement. They
may refer clients to lawyers and tax consultants to resolve legal and tax
issues that may arise in sales transactions. Agents work with title or escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators
until the transaction is completed.

The only exception are homes over $400,000, where the availability has increased by 19 percent. The existing inventory equals a supply of seven months.
The average Days on the Market for a house ranges from 81 ($150,000-199,900) to 106 ($400,000+). 
Right now their are 203 properties for sale starting at $50,000; going all the way up to $1.3 million. Out of those 263 properties,
there are 135 townhomes/condos (ranging from $50,000 for a 1bed/1bath unit to $488,900 for a 2bed/2bath unit).
The rest of the 128 properties are single family homes (starting at $159,900 2bed/2bath ending with $1.3 million 5bed/5bath homes).
