The courts of Kentucky have received the official permission from the Government to seize the domain names of those online casinos which allow Kentucky gamers to visit their sites and play illegally (the total number of such casinos comes to 141). For the efficient blocking of the gamers from the 13 American states Microgaming has even decided to use the IP blocking technology along with the proxy detectors, such high leveled technologies will allow to block all the necessary states without any mistakes. This is the first reaction to the declaration of the Kentucky Judge Thomas Wingate, who promises to seize all the domain names (both American or foreign companies) in a case they will continue the operations in the US market during 30 days.

We can say that this decision can’t be called a big surprise, because the Microgaming company has had only a month to find the right solution, and in a case when Microgaming are under the trail the threat of loss of the Microgaming.com domain name is absolutely real. In other words all the Microgaming casino can’t make another choice and will have to stop access to the gamblers from these 13 states.
